Conveyancing Lawyer
Senior Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive Banbury
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of conveyancing experience (some experience of commercial conveyancing would be an advantage) and be looking for a long term position.. You will be responsible for your own case load and work closely with the Head of Department to develop the department. Secretarial support is already in place.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Senior Conveyancer to progress their career.
You will have / be:
* 4 years’ plus experience in Conveyancing
* Excellent technical and drafting skills
* Thorough knowledge of all compliance issues is essential including CQS, Law Society Conveyancing Protocol, SDLT and AML
* Be able to manage your own case load from inception to post completion.
* A motivated team player
* Be willing to participate in business development activities.
* Happy to supervise junior members of the team.
