Key responsibilities

• Ability to manage own caseload
• Provide expert family law advice to clients to include divorce, financial and children expertise;
• Attend Court Hearings and be a confident advocate;
• Market the family law services and build new professional relationships

Requirements

• Solicitor/CILEX qualified lawyer with a focus on private family law;
• Adaptable, motivated and content to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong knowledge of private family law and court procedures;
• Good team player with flexible attitude;
• Keen to be involved in networking and business development;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proven ability to manage a caseload efficiently ;
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;
• Full Driving Licence.
